Most clients begin at Zero Point, because in our experience clarity of story is almost always the missing piece, regardless of what problem they think they’re solving. That said every engagement is shaped by where you actually are. Some clients come in at Alignment because the story is clear but the systems and people haven’t caught up. Others come in at Expression because they know who they are but can’t make it visible. The phases are a methodology not a conveyor belt. We start where you need to start.

For leaders: coaching engagements typically run 3 months with bi-weekly sessions, a Lumina Spark or Lumina Sales assessment, and direct access to Ainsley throughout. Engagements can extend to 6 or 12 months, and team coaching is available for organizations ready to work at that level. Every engagement is tailored to where you actually are.

For brands: the scope is built around your specific need, whether that’s a brand strategy project, fractional marketing leadership, a campaign, or a full website build. Every engagement is led by senior thinking and backed by a trusted team with the capability to deliver. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no distance between you and the strategy that matters.
