Most 1:1 coaching engagements run 3 months with bi-weekly sessions, though 6 and 12 month engagements are available for leaders who want to go deeper or sustain the work over time. Every engagement includes a Lumina Spark or Lumina Sales assessment to create a shared language for how you lead, communicate and show up under pressure.
Sessions are structured but not rigid. The work goes where it needs to go. Most clients notice a shift in how they show up within the first few weeks. By the end of a full engagement the changes tend to be tangible — clearer decision-making, stronger leadership presence, a more confident and consistent voice, and a much sharper sense of where they’re going and why.
Team workshops run from 90 minutes to a full day depending on what the team needs. Every workshop is designed around your specific context, not a generic off-the-shelf program.
Coaching is a significant investment, and the right fit matters more than the price point. Engagements vary based on scope, length, and whether the work is individual or organisational.
