Frontiers North Adventures is one of Canada's most iconic adventure travel operators, known internationally for polar bear and Northern Lights experiences in Churchill, Manitoba. As the business looked toward its next phase of growth, leadership made the decision to take a more strategic and structured approach to its travel trade channel. They needed a clear vision for the channel, a plan to execute against it, and the internal capability to bring it to life.
